Investment Objective & Policy
The Fund's objective is to deliver current income and long-term capital appreciation by acquiring, funding, and holding interests in a diversified portfolio of Hotel101 branded hospitality assets. To pursue this objective, the Fund intends to deploy capital raised from eligible investors and, where applicable, financing at the level of underlying holding structures to acquire and or forward fund standardized Hotel101 hotel room portfolios and related hospitality real estate opportunities. Investments are typically implemented through regional SPVs and intermediary holding structures, in accordance with the Fund's risk spreading approach and investment restrictions as set out in the Offering Documents. Any material change to the Fund's investment objective or investment policy will be made in accordance with the Fund's governing documents and, where required, with investor approval.

The Luxembourg RAIF compartment structure provides ring-fencing and formalised service-provider appointments.
